Shipping policy

Where we ship

Everywhere in India that our courier partners deliver. We don't ship outside India yet.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, whatever the size.

When it ships

Every box is packed by hand. Most orders leave us within 1 to 2 working days. During festive peaks (Diwali week, for example) it can take a day longer; we'll say so on the site when that happens.

When it arrives

Usually within 5 to 7 working days of dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Some remote areas take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email and phone number you gave at checkout.

Gifts

Tick "This is a gift" at checkout, enter the recipient's address and add a message. We'll write it on a card and tuck it into the box.

Changing or cancelling an order

Write to support@mooncareco.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped we can't change it, but our returns policy still applies.

Something went wrong?

If your parcel is delayed beyond 10 working days, or tracking hasn't moved in 4 days, email support@mooncareco.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
