Our products

Our face packs are herbal cosmetic products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Never ingest them. Always patch test before first use, follow the directions on the pack, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Because every batch is hand-mixed from natural ingredients, small variations in colour, scent and texture between batches are normal. Product photos are representative; poster designs and the mystery gift may vary.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices can change, but you'll always pay the price shown when you placed your order. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay.

We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if a product is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the terms shown when they're offered, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined unless we say so. Codes meant for first orders are for first orders only.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property

The Moon Care Co. name and logo, our illustrations, posters, photographs and writing belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission. Sharing photos of your own box on social media is very welcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Skin reactions

Natural ingredients can still cause reactions in some people. We are not responsible for reactions where a patch test wasn't done, the directions weren't followed, or the product was used despite a known allergy or skin condition.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.
